1) No Goods may be returned other than with prior agreement in writing of SG Tooling Pte Ltd

2) Customer must write in to obtain a RMA number prior to any returns

3) Customer shall bear all the risk and expense for shipping the goods back to SG Tooling Pte Ltd in its original unopen & factory sealed condition. Any damage to the retail packing is consider not acceptable for return

4) All goods accepted for return must be done within 7 days of delivery

5) Any returned goods are subjected to a restocking fee of 30% of invoice value of the goods subjected to a minimum of SGD $25

6) Consumable items are non-returnable.
